Additionally, our men's mental health therapists are trained in issues that disproportionally affect men including ADHD, Addiction, Anger, Suicidal Idealtion and more.

Cassandra Keller MA, LPCC, EMDR-Trained

Therapist, Owner & Neurofeedback Clinician

I work with men and young men (15+) who are ready to take on the challenges of trauma, anxiety, depression, or major transitions in life, work, or identity. I especially enjoy working with men navigating stress, big decisions, or shifting

roles—whether in career, relationships, or personal growth. Creative individuals, outdoor adventurers, students, and athletes are often good matches for me.

My approach is evidence-based, exploratory, grounded, and trauma-informed, designed to help you move from stuck to strong—with tools that support clarity, resilience, and confidence. I’m EMDR-trained and draw from person-centered, gestalt, DBT, and somatic practices.

Together, we’ll focus on resetting your nervous system, working through difficult experiences, and breaking old patterns that hold you back. Curious, nonjudgemental exploration of the intentions behind confusing or unhelpful behaviors drives much of the change I see in men I work with. For those who want another edge, I also offer neurofeedback, a powerful tool to help your brain and body perform at their best.

When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me outside—climbing, fishing, snowboarding, running trails, or simply enjoying the respite and beauty of the mountains. That same connection to strength, movement, and nature guides how I show up in therapy: steady, focused, and fully present.

Sydney Focht MA, LPC

THERAPIST & LEAD NEUROFEEDBACK CLINICIAN

Oddly enough, I discovered my interest and passion for treating men's issues through all of my work with women. As a woman treating other women, I couldn't help but feel drawn to better understanding what assumptions were being made about the men in our lives.

Since then, my work with men's issues has been rooted in genuine curiosity and openness, a healthy amount of challenging unfair expectations and beliefs when needed, and hearty doses of self-compassion that might feel hard to come by naturally for men in today's society.

I have experience in treating the grief (and maybe relief?) that comes with divorce or the loss of a loved one, nagging insecurities that naturally follow us through different life stages, and working with those who are experiencing varying levels of stress and anxiety but aren't exactly sure how therapy could help bring some relief. Let me also say, by no means do I expect you to be able to present a polished, clear cut "issue" to be addressed. I am here to help you better understand what might not be working for you, even if it currently feels hard to put into words.

If you're wondering what you might be able to get out of therapy, I encourage you to give it a shot - I'll be here to support you along the way.

Mackenzie Muha MA, MFTC

THERAPIST & NEUROFEEDBACK CLINICIAN

Mackenzie believes therapy shouldn’t feel stiff or intimidating—it should be a space for connection, growth, and healing. Her warm, down-to-earth style helps clients feel safe, seen, and supported from the start.

She works with individuals ages 10 and up, with a special focus on adolescents, teens, young adults, men’s mental health, relational challenges, and OCD (using Exposure and Response Prevention). With younger clients, Mackenzie brings creativity and age-appropriate tools to make therapy engaging and relatable.

In her work with men, she helps untangle the stigmas and cultural messages around masculinity and emotion, making room for more authentic connection and self-expression—both in and outside the therapy room.

Mackenzie takes a systemic approach to therapy, meaning she looks at the bigger picture—family dynamics, culture, relationships, and societal pressures—because these factors don’t just show up in session; they continue to shape mental health in everyday life. By understanding the full context, she helps clients build insight and tools that support meaningful, lasting change.

Her integrative style blends in-session processing with practical strategies clients can use outside of therapy. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), she tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs and goals.

Outside the therapy room, Mackenzie loves outdoor adventures with her pup, volunteering with an adaptive skiing program, and traveling to visit family.
